  • Provide Archer clients expertise on cyber security.
  • Conduct comprehensive on-site and offsite NERC CIP v3/5/6 audits, assessment, consultation for registered entities.
  • Develop compliance documentation for registered entities (TFEs, CIP required documents, Self-Reports, Mitigation Plans, etc).
  • Conduct investigations into possible compliance misses and help clients determine possibility of violation or not.
  • Support the design of compliance processes and advice clients on what potential technologies might help automate..
  • Develop robust assessment reports for client on variety of requested tasks.
  • Ability to provide consistent advice on how to comply with the NERC CIP standards to different levels of workers, managers, executives, etc.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong Expertise in networking, systems, and application security
  • CISSP, CISA, SANS or other similar certifications
  • Experience in the NIST, SOX, HIPAA or other cyber security compliance requirements
  • Ability to apply expertise to new and novel ways of securing systems
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Improve system to account for financial transactions by updating existing chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures.
  • Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
  • Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Maintain historical records by filing documents.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Maintain the company website including a cohesive design, content, graphics, technical aspects, admin tools, etc.
  • Manage the company’s blog/news pages working with Archer News editor-in-chief
  • Use a variety of tools and approaches, and work with others, to increase website traffic, inbound inquiries, and other online marketing presence.
  • Perform search engine marketing and search engine optimization duties working with third party tools such as Google Adwords, Microsoft AdCenter, etc. Also perform associated analytics and reporting duties.
  • Participate with other members of business development, editor-in-chief and others to develop, implement, and maintain the company’s social media/marketing strategies.
  • Use a variety of online and offline tools for managing content, graphics, etc. in performance of responsibilities.
  • Monitor health of web servers and overall website environment.
  • Work with Archer’s ISP, and others to ensure company website and other systems dependent on technology upkeep and support are functioning properly at all times.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and introduce new technologies in support of job position.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong HTML (hypertext markup language), SFTP and experience
  • Proficiency using website administration software programs
  • Advanced WordPress skills
  • Strong graphic editing skills
  • Proficiency using common publishing and design software programs such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
  • Search Engine Marketing / Search Engine Optimization experience
  • Google Analytics expertise
  • Ability to properly present information online for targeted groups of visitors.
